Teeth Whitening

Question by Dan: Teeth whitening tips?
I brush my teeth twice a day with whitening toothpaste but it never seems to have effect, ive grown self conscious about my teeth and don’t like smiling,
Does anyone know any home remedies to whiten teeth without buying them kits off the internet?
I dont smoke.

Yep just for the record I brush my teeth, in the morning, and before I go to bed.
They are looking a slight bit stained yellow. Its not bad, Its barly noticable but I was wondering how can I get rid of it? Any recommendations?
