Hundreds at least. If you get mouth guards like the type you use for hockey etc and heat them up in boiling water so that they go soft and then let them cool enough to put in your mouth you can push them up against your teeth and suck the air out from under the mould to make them fit your teeth. Then wait until they cool and you can get tooth bleach yourself and leave it in for the length it says on the packet. It will do the same job for hundreds of pounds cheaper.

i think ur dentist can fix ur teeth up kindaa..
im not very sure on whitening tho..
and dont worry were not talking thousands of pounds..
it’ll be about upto £350 depending on how bad your teeth are..
& its on the cosmetic side of life.

Yes you can. Not thousands, But anywhere between £250-700, shop around first see which has the best price

try not to pay too much more than this. many private dental practices have special offers with regards to tooth whitening which you should try to take advantage off.

I use this toothpaste called Apa Care. I used to have yellow teeth as i used to smoke. When I quit I started using Apa Care twice a day and in around 6 weeks they were white and its like £6 a tube:D
